About the course
Techniques that solves lower back problem. On the course we will learn:
- to diagnose the lumbar region,
- perform techniques to unlock the lumbar region,
- independently stretch the sciatic nerve with the help of yoga therapy,
- perform special techniques on the roller, which will help to deeply relax the muscles.
